Tokenise Failures
This section displays failed attempts to tokenise a card. Analyzing these attempts may help identify suspicious activity and support the creation of more effective fraud rules.
The table shows the following information for each attempt:
- Created – The date when the attempt occurred
- Card Number – The card that was attempted to be tokenised
- Provider – The provider used to tokenise the card
- Reason – Explains why the tokenisation failed, helping to distinguish between failures caused by fraud rules and those due to provider errors
- IP – The IP address from which the attempt originated
- User Agent – Details about the browser and device used
