Tokenise Failures

This section displays failed attempts to tokenise a card. Analyzing these attempts may help identify suspicious activity and support the creation of more effective fraud rules.

Tokenise failures

The table shows the following information for each attempt:

  • Created – The date when the attempt occurred
  • Card Number – The card that was attempted to be tokenised
  • Provider – The provider used to tokenise the card
  • Reason – Explains why the tokenisation failed, helping to distinguish between failures caused by fraud rules and those due to provider errors
  • IP – The IP address from which the attempt originated
  • User Agent – Details about the browser and device used
